Between our Napier showroom, our Taupo showroom, and installers out measuring and fitting blinds across both regions, keeping the roster straight used to take a fair bit of back-and-forth. We use RosterMates to build our staff rosters, track time for our showroom and installation teams, and send approved hours through to payroll each week.

On the customer side, we use Insyte to keep track of enquiries, quotes, and orders from the first measure-and-quote right through to a finished installation. It's how we follow up on quotes, take payments, send orders through to manufacturing, and book in installation dates — so nothing falls through the cracks between your first call and your blinds going up.
